Vial Powder Filling Line (injectable powder filling line) including sterile powder filling line consist washing, sterilizing, powder filling, cap sealing and labeling machine for filling sterile vials. Vial Washing Machine

Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine Model AI-VRW is designed to wash glass vials without contact of non-contact machine parts with glass Vials. Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine model is having gripper system to holds the vial from Neck and invert the vials till the washing operation takes place than again after washing process release the vial on outfeed star wheel arrangement in vertical position this ensures positive wash of vials. Our machine model is suitable to wash 2ml to 100ml Glass Vials/ Containers with the help of change parts. Glass Vial feeds through Turn Table to infeed Star Wheel and specially designed Gripper hold the Vial from neck and invert the vial and move it further on rotary moving system for Washing process.

This type of continuous sterilizer is a fully automated system specially designed which utilizes dry heat by means of forced convection of filtered air, through high efficiency particulate air filter to achieve sterilization and dehydrogenation of washed empty pharmaceutical glassware used of parenteral product packing

Vial Powder Filling Machine

Automatic Vial Powder Filling Machine, Model: APF 12S is suitable for round glass Vials with maximum speed of 120 Vials per minute. Machine Model APF 12S construction in Stainless-Steel finish including machine frame structure as per cGMP standards. Machine with built-in Turn Tables at In-feed and Out-feed with individual drives to match the speed of incoming and outgoing vials for smoother operation. All parts coming in contact with Powders are made from SS316L Materials. The Machine is equipped with Single Head Single Track Twelve Port Powder wheel, which works on Vacuum and Air Systems to Fill powder in glass Vials, with on-line Vibrator type Rubber Stoppering system, the stopper inserting system operates in a continuous mode with synchronized speed of machine. Vial Sticker Labeling Machine

Automatic Vial Sticker Labeling Machine is one of the most users friendly vertical vial sticker labeler equipment. This equipment incorporates modern Micro Processor Control Label Dispensing mechanism with sensing system for Label and Product.
